Session I - Intro To Sports Ages 4-6 (45 Minutes)

Session II -Sports Specific Training Ages 7-12 (60 Minutes)

The Champions Sports Academy has partnered with Mt. Hebron Christian Academy to offer an after-school enrichment program. Recreational level players (ages 4-12) of the after-school program will be given the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills, character education knowledge and athletic ability in a structured atmosphere. They will learn the fundamentals of sports (basketball, volleyball, soccer, flag football) and competition that will improve their game performance. Additionally, the importance of sportsmanship and academics will be taught. We believe that structured play, when used properly by compassionate professionals can transform a person’s life for the good. 

The introductory ability level is a great opportunity to set the tone for a lifetime of athletic enjoyment. The primary focus is to begin to learn the basics by developing skills while continuing to refine their dexterity, balance, and coordination. No prior experience is necessary.
